The game is building the city of Skyreach for players to find a special place in Kcrolim. The city of Skyreach was considered the largest city in Tamriel and is surrounded by the mountains of Craglorn through Nedic civilizations that met in Skyreach from time to time writing down information or were some of the early writers of the elder scrolls
The information is valuable to note about Skyreach with little info currently about Skyreach as this is just early writing about one elder scroll that not much is known currently except that the scroll is kept in the catacombs for safe keeping or the catacombs were used in the past as writing elder scrolls

The upcoming celebration takes place usually around June in Belkarth and many activities are available for players to participate in collecting items for the occasion along with the yearly ritual of bringing the Blessed Awl to burn the awl in the celebration
The celebration is a fun time for everyone during the gathering if you have never been at the occasion before in ESO
The whole community is joined together by gathering in the multiple locations of the occasion. The main location is in the town of Belkarth in Craglorn
Tickets are available for purchase that can be purchased from the Impresario nearby the main event. The purchase of a ticket helps support the occasion each year that multiple awards can be received from tickets or buying a house that is available before the event is held every year, the two items suggested to pay during the event are a set of 10 tickets or a purchased house in Craglorn. The purchase of a ticket helps a player the ability to visit Belkarth or a purchased house will allow players to travel around Craglorn such as in the case if a player has not purchased a house in Craglorn that is highly difficult to travel to Craglorn without the pre-purchase of an in-game house

Elder Scrolls Online is adding a battle scene with Seasons in the upcoming High Seas of Tamriel event that has yet to unfold in the game. The new battle scenes are not known yet very well with just an overview of the occasion
High Seas is set nearby Anvil from the looks of the small island being planted off of the Gold Coast in Kcrolim. The High Seas are just getting developed and in a pre-mature form for ESO. The naval battles will compliment the story line for Elder Scrolls VI for a relationship between ESO and Elder Scrolls VI
The current information is vague because Seasons are a new part of Elder Scrolls Online that appear to be set through an easy understanding of Zero, One, etc. with Seasons Zero as the first seen part of the process ZeniMax is developing for Elder Scrolls Online with the small island as the possible connecting point for players to travel to a ship or the location that will be shown in the future, the exact date of release is unknown, and possibly available in the upcoming months
The High Seas of Tamriel will be most likely be available in the summer of Season One. The occasion is written with new deep-sea fishing, naval battles, and the discovery of underwater treasures and solve puzzles in the game
